work and what you can expect from us. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms
designed to protect both you and our team.
2. Scope of Work
We’ll provide a written breakdown of the work agreed, including the materials we’ll use and what’s
included. If you request any changes or extras once we’ve started, we’ll give you a clear quote
before going ahead.
3. Quotes and Pricing
– All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
– If the scope of work changes after booking, additional costs may apply – but don’t worry, we’ll
always talk to you first.
4. Deposits and Payments
– A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This allows us to allocate your
materials and reserve time for your job.
– The remaining balance is due upon completion.
– Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit card, or cash.
– Late payments may incur additional charges and could be subject to legal recovery.
5. Limitation of Liability
We always aim to complete work to the highest standard, but South Lincs Resin & Paving cannot be
held responsible for:
– Delays or additional costs caused by things outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, third-party
interference)
– Any damage caused by factors such as poor ground conditions or instructions not followed
– Loss of earnings or indirect issues caused by project delays
6. Website Use
When visiting our website, please respect the content and design we’ve built. You agree not to:
– Reuse or copy our website materials without permission
– Give false or misleading information
– Attempt to interfere with our website’s function
7. Complaints
We care about our customers. If something’s not right, please let us know in writing within 7 days of
completion. We’ll always do our best to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. If needed, we may use
a third-party mediator to help resolve things.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by
the courts within that jurisdiction.
9. Refund Policy
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
This is because we reserve labour, materials, and booking time specifically for you. Refunds are not
issued for:
– Change of mind
– Delays caused by weather or access
– Disagreements raised only after work is completed
We’ll always be open and fair, but we also need to protect our business from late cancellations or
changes.
10. Cancellation Policy
– If you need to cancel, let us know in writing before we begin work. Your deposit will not be
refunded.
– If work has already started, any costs already incurred (labour, materials, etc.) may be charged
accordingly.
11. Customer Responsibilities
To help things go smoothly, we kindly ask that you:
– Provide clear and safe access to the site
– Remove any vehicles or personal items in the work area
– Inform us of anything that could affect the job (e.g. soft ground, pets, or nearby drainage)
We’re here to help, but delays or extra costs may occur if key info isn’t shared upfront. If you’re
unsure about anything like surface conditions or drainage, we’ll happily give advice before we begin.
